| The Alva Area Chamber of Commerce has a bright and exciting future as we enter the new millennium. In the year 2000, we began to plan for the future financial stability of our Chamber by forming a Chamber "Trust Fund ". This fund will be added to yearly with the proceeds from selected Chamber fundraisers. This will allow the Chamber to move from 100% dues dependent organization to a more self-sustaining entity. The process is something that we will be working on for many years to come. However, there is no better time for us to begin working on this endeavor than the dawn of the new millennium. We hope that as individuals and businesses each of you will seriously consider being a part of our Membership Campaign. We can't wait to have each of you as a part of our organization! |
